Job Details
### Job Responsibilities
- Market and Customer Needs Analysis: Regularly collect and analyze technology needs from the market and our clients to generate new technology themes.
- New Production Technology Strategy: Develop and drive new production technology strategies based on market analysis and technological trends, and promote development projects.
- Joint Research with Clients: Promote technology development in partnership with customers and deliver presentations at events and validation meetings.
- Development Equipment and Tool Planning: Establish the conceptual design and specifications for evaluation, validation, and prototyping equipment, specifically focused on transitioning new technologies to mass production.
### Working Hours
- Flex-Time System: Standard 08:00 to 17:00 (8 hours).
- Core Time: 10:00 to 15:00.
### Job Requirements
- Experience in development or advanced development of production technology or manufacturing technology.
- Basic knowledge of factories and equipment (conceptual design, equipment specifications, and manufacturing process review).
- Fundamental knowledge of material and processing technology (e.g., resin, metal, painting, etc.).
- Ability to promote projects from a technical viewpoint and complete documentation and reporting.
- Experience leading collaboration with customers and other departments.
- Experience in technical research and report creation.
- 3D CAD skills such as CATIA (V5/V6) are a plus.
- English proficiency (reading and writing technical documents, emails, etc.).
### Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: ¥6,000,000 to ¥9,500,000.
- Bonus: Twice annually (June and December).
- Annual Holidays: 121 days (Full two days off per week).
- Includes maternity, childcare, and annual paid leave.
