Job Summary
This is a Logistics Administrative Assistant role in Tokyo utilizing Vietnamese language skills, offering over 120 days off per year and an annual salary up to 6 million yen. The main duties involve import trade administration, overseas business trips, supplier and product development, quality control, and negotiations. Candidates are expected to have business-level Japanese and Vietnamese, along with trade administration and Japanese company work experience.

Job Description
The main duties are primarily import trade administration, but there are also overseas business trips (2-3 times/year (1 week each)), supplier development, product development, quality control, and negotiations.
1. Overseas Procurement and Import Management (Trade Administration)
Progress and Inventory Management: Responsible for the entire process from ordering based on domestic inventory status, managing delivery dates, and negotiating prices, to receiving goods (accounting for purchases and handling customs brokers).
Settlement Procedures: Matching purchase data with invoices (shipping documents), creating overseas remittance requests, etc.
2. Custom-Made Products (OEM) and Product Planning
Specification Creation and Negotiation: Creating product specifications based on customer needs gathered by sales representatives, and discussing product specifications, prices, and delivery dates with overseas factories.
Sample Verification: Obtaining prototypes, confirming quality, and then proceeding to mass production and delivery.
New Business Development: To create better products, you will be involved in developing new suppliers and countries, as well as planning and proposing improvements for new products.
3. On-site Inspections of Overseas Factory Locations and Verification of Quality Systems
Regular Overseas Business Trips: You will actually visit partner factories overseas to verify production systems, check quality control, and build relationships with local staff.

Working Hours
09:00-17:00
If working overtime, you must leave by 18:30.

Job Requirements
- Japanese: Business level
- Vietnamese: Business level or higher
- Trade administration experience in Japan or Vietnam (2 years or more)
- Work experience at a Japanese company (1 year or more)
- Basic OA skills (Excel, Word, Mail, etc.)
- Must possess a valid residence status for employment
- Business level English
- Experience as an overseas purchasing buyer, developing new overseas suppliers, quality control/import purchasing, fluent in English, or experience in trade administration at a manufacturer or trading company

Monthly Income: ¥270,000 - ¥440,000 (Includes overtime pay equivalent to 30 hours; depending on experience)
Bonus: Approximately 2 months' worth of base salary, ¥450,000 and up
