Due to business expansion both domestically and internationally, we are rapidly establishing new Production and Development Centers (CPCs). You will be responsible for setup operations and all aspects of facility management at domestic and international locations (offices, CPCs, etc.). 【Specific Job Responsibilities】 ■Overseas CPC Installation and Process Management Ordering and issuing instructions to overseas vendors, primarily in China. Supervising progress according to internal schedules and managing schedules. Proposing and implementing redesigns and improvements to business processes to address structural questions and issues. ■Domestic Infrastructure and General Affairs Duties (Partial) Facility management of domestic offices (construction instructions, layout changes, etc.), identification of necessary materials at sites, and development of procurement routes, etc. ■Business Trips Approximately 10 overseas business trips per year, each lasting 1-2 weeks. Working Hours 0:00 to 19:00 (8 hours of work/1 hour break) *Overtime: Approximately 10 hours per month on average.
