Global Full-Stack Engineer

Job Description We are seeking engineers who can actively develop our SaaS "AI Monitoring" during its overseas expansion phase. You will be involved in building the core of the product, including the collection and analysis platform for generated AI usage logs, visualization dashboards, and security detection functions. Responsibilities include: - Designing and implementing the backend/frontend of AI Monitoring (primarily Go / Python / TypeScript) - Implementing the collection and analysis platform for generated AI usage logs and visualization dashboards - Developing security functions such as prompt detection and anomaly detection - Implementing integration with various generated AI services (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, etc.) - API design, DB design, architecture design and improvement - Designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure using AWS - Code reviews, quality improvement, and improvement of development style within the team - Developing and improving features in collaboration with PMs, designers, and security experts Job Requirements Required Years of Experience (Job Title): 3+ years Required Years of Experience (Industry): Industry experience not required Application Requirements: - Experience developing web applications using Go / Python / TypeScript (3+ years) - Experience with team-based source code management and review using Git/GitHub - Experience with development, deployment, and operation in cloud environments (AWS, etc.) - Business-level English proficiency (able to collaborate with overseas customers and teams) Preferred Qualifications: - Experience developing and operating applications utilizing generative AI/LLM - Experience developing data infrastructure, log analysis, and visualization products - Basic knowledge of security (threat detection, vulnerabilities, attack methods, etc.) and learning experience - Experience designing GraphQL, gRPC, or JSON-RPC and designing databases - Experience designing, building, and operating in an AWS environment (Lambda, ECS, CloudWatch, etc.) - Experience in product development in small teams and startup phases - Japanese Level: Fluent (JLPT Level 1 or N1) Working Hours: 10:00 - 19:00 (Minimum working hours: 8 hours/day, Break time: 1 hour/day) Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours.
