AI Full-stack Engineering Manager

### Job Description [Job Summary] As an engineering manager for a development team consisting of engineers from various countries, you will be responsible for managing and training members and leading development projects. Primarily fluent in Mongolian and Japanese, you will ensure the smooth functioning of this multinational engineering team. Development projects are primarily B2B. You will plan, implement, and operate AI agents capable of performing various tasks for companies. [Specific Job Duties] - Manage and train the engineering team - Manage a multinational engineering team and bridge cultural and language gaps - Develop new products and design technical architectures using generative AI/LLM - Design and propose AI solutions based on client challenges - Improve development processes and build quality control systems - Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to drive projects [Working Hours] - Scheduled working hours: 8 hours, 60-minute break - Flextime system: Yes (Core time: No) [Job Requirements] ■ Required Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in web development using TypeScript, Python, etc. - Full-stack development experience or senior leadership experience in a specific field - Database design and operation experience (RDB, NoSQL) - Practical experience in AI/machine learning (including LLM operations and API integration) ■ Preferred Qualifications - Experience improving business efficiency using AI development tools (Claude, Cline, Devinn, etc.) - Experience building and operating infrastructure in a cloud environment - Experience building DevOps systems, including CI/CD - Understanding of UX/UI design - Experience as a PM, PdM, or EM [Desired Profile] - Able to select technology in a problem-driven manner - Willing to entrust all development to AI - Able to logically solve technical problems and resolve business challenges with technology - Able to respect language and cultural differences and lead multinational teams - Able to collaborate with diverse team members and value constructive feedback [Language Requirements] - English Level: Fluent (TOEIC 865-) - Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT N2)
