Job Details
Job Description: You will be responsible for providing ideal lessons in collaboration with foreign instructors, as well as handling all aspects of school management.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- English Conversation/Eiken (English Proficiency Test) Lessons: Teaching classes to elementary, middle, and high school students, and working adults.
- Counseling and Support: Student interviews, parent interviews, enrollment guidance.
- School Management: Other administrative tasks related to school operations, event planning, etc.
Working Hours: 13:00 - 22:00 (8 hours of actual work).
Job Requirements:
- No experience necessary. We welcome applications from those who want to utilize their language skills, are interested in working in a global environment, or are interested in the education industry.
- Language Requirements: Conversational English + Eiken Pre-1st Grade or TOEIC 750 or higher.
- English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860).
- Japanese Level: Native Level.
Salary Details:
- Monthly salary of ¥300,000 to ¥340,000 includes a fixed monthly overtime allowance of ¥45,625 to ¥51,708 (equivalent to 25 hours). Overtime exceeding 25 hours will be paid additionally.
- Qualification Allowance: Eiken Pre-1st Grade, TOEIC 800 points or higher (¥5,000/month); Eiken 1st Grade, TOEIC 950 points or higher (¥10,000/month).
- Other: Child Allowance, Commuting Allowance (up to ¥30,000).
Holidays:
- Sundays, Wednesdays, and national holidays.
- Long holidays: Golden Week, approx. one week in summer (mid-August), and approx. five days during New Year period.
