Responsibilities

Job Details
Job Description:
- Product quality control and inspection (checking, recording, improvement suggestions, etc.).
- Interpretation and translation work in the manufacturing site (mainly for Vietnamese staff).
- Translation, creation, and improvement of work manuals.
- Work support and daily life support for specified skilled foreign staff.
- Education and guidance of foreign staff, and on-site coordination work.
- On-site management and improvement activities as a team leader.
Work Environment:
- The main work involves interpretation and translation work on the factory floor.
- Provide interpretation and daily language support to specified skilled foreign staff when they arrive in Japan.
- Technical terms will be encountered, but support for learning them is provided.
Working Hours:
- [Day Shift] 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Overtime may be required as needed).
Job Requirements:
- Japanese: Business level or higher (Fluent/JLPT N1).
- Vietnamese: Business level or higher.
- Basic PC skills (data entry) required.
- Beginners and those with no experience are welcome.
