Role Overview
As a Port Shopping Expert or Brand Ambassador, you will be the face and voice of the EFFY brand. Your role includes:

- Providing tailored shopping guidance both onboard and in port.
- Collaborating with ship leaders to maximize exposure and impact.
- Running your own business with full support, training, and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shopping presentations and guide guests to exclusive retail experiences onboard and in port.
- Represent EFFY with confidence and class while engaging directly with guests and driving sales.
- Deliver dynamic, high-impact presentations that capture attention and convert interest into action.
- Develop and implement shipboard strategies that elevate brand awareness and boost conversion.
Working Conditions
- Average 50 hours per week (Based on cruise itinerary).
- Port Days: Work finishes in just a few hours, leaving the rest of the day free for sightseeing.
- Sea Days: Full working day with scheduled breaks.
- Contract Commitment: A minimum 6-month contract aboard a luxury cruise ship is required.
- Support: Includes flights, onboard meals, and training.
Requirements
- Native in Japanese, Chinese, or Korean.
- Business English level or higher (TOEIC 735-860).
- Natural public speaker with presence and poise.
- Strategic sales professional who thrives on hitting targets.
