Information Systems Specialist

■ Overview We are recruiting an Information Systems Specialist at our company, which operates 'Hololive Production,' one of the world's largest VTuber agencies. Your main responsibilities will include the introduction and management of information terminals, business tools, and applications to ensure that our employees can carry out their respective tasks smoothly and efficiently. With a wide range of departments including talent support, merchandise production, live production, creative, and development, this position will allow you to acquire broad knowledge of business systems. ■ Job Responsibilities - Selection, introduction, operation, and management of various business tools and information terminals - Shadow IT recovery and establishment of operational processes - Internal help desk and support - Identifying business challenges and implementing efficiency improvements and automation ■ Examples of Tools We've Implemented - Okta - Microsoft Entra ID - Microsoft Intune - JamfPro ■ Desired Candidate Profile - Understands our company values and reflects them in actions - Can proactively plan, execute, and drive projects - Can concretize abstract issues and work towards standardization - Can respond flexibly in a business setting through smooth communication - Has experience achieving goals through teamwork - Can distinguish between facts and opinions and think logically and systematically - Can positively enjoy improving unfinished environments - Strives to prevent work from becoming dependent on specific individuals by actively sharing information ■ Team Structure - 1 Manager - 8 Members (including 3 temporary/part-time staff) ■ Job Requirements [Required Qualifications] - Experience in system selection, implementation, operation, and replacement across departments - Establishing rules and building operating environments for implemented services - 2+ years of practical IT system experience at a company with 300 or more employees - Experience working in a team [Preferred Qualifications] - Experience working in the entertainment industry, such as games, anime, or manga - Experience in network construction and operation at distribution studios, etc. - Experience in construction and operation of creative services (rendering servers, etc.)
