Job Summary
This customer success role involves managing the implementation and onboarding of overseas SaaS products for corporate clients. You will provide operational explanations, respond to user inquiries, and collaborate with international headquarters to improve service utilization. The position requires a global mindset, working in a bilingual environment using both Japanese and English.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and implementation of overseas SaaS products
- Conduct online meetings and provide operational training
- Resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Monitor product usage and propose improvements
- Collaborate with international client headquarters
Required Skills
- Japanese N1 fluency
- Business English (TOEIC 800+)
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Japan
- Corporate sales or CS experience (preferred)

Job Description
This customer success role focuses on supporting the implementation (onboarding) of overseas SaaS products.
- Initial setup and implementation support for corporate customers adopting overseas SaaS products
- Online meetings and operational explanations during implementation
- Responding to inquiries via email, chat, and phone (mainly in Japanese, with English materials available)
- Checking customer usage and proposing utilization methods
- Collaborating with client companies (overseas headquarters), sharing information, and proposing improvements
Working Hours
- Shift system
- Basic hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Overtime is approximately 10-20 hours per month
Job Requirements
[Required Qualifications]
- Japanese Language N1 equivalent
- Business level English (TOEIC score 800 or above)
- At least one year of work experience in Japan
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Experience in corporate sales proposals
- Web marketing experience
- Customer success experience in IT solutions (Not required)
Salary Details
- Annual Salary: ¥3.24 million - ¥4.08 million
- Monthly Salary: ¥270,000 - ¥340,000 (Including 30 hours of fixed overtime per month: ¥49,300 - ¥62,000 per month)
- Determined based on experience and skills

- Full-time employee
