Job Description:
Lead end‑to‑end operations in a global clinical laboratory organization. Drive quality, people development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all daily laboratory testing operations, ensuring high quality and timely service delivery.
* Manage non‑production activities, compliance requirements, and coordination with internal and global teams.
* Lead, train, and develop Medical Technology staffs.
* Monitor operational performance, quality indicators, and department performance reporting.
* Support client visits, audits, and inquiries, ensuring responsive and accurate communication.
* Promote process improvement initiatives, including efficiency and quality enhancement programs.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a clinical laboratory environment.
* Experience in management, team lead or team supervision.
* Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Life Science, or Medical Technology (Master's/PhD would be a plus).
* Business level in both Japanese and English.
* Able to work in the lab in Saitama, Japan.
