Windows Senior Engineer

■ Job Responsibilities - Design, deployment, and operation of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments. - Design and operation of Active Directory and Entra ID (GPO, OU design, replication management, etc.). - Operation and management of virtualized environments using Hyper-V. - Ensure high availability through the creation and operation of failover clusters. - Endpoint management, patching, and OS deployment using Intune and MECM. - Integrated management and optimization of M365/Google Workspace. - Implementation of automated operations using PowerShell. - Operation of peripheral services such as file servers, DNS, DHCP, and RADIUS. - Backup and restore management (Veeam, Dell PowerProtect, Networker, etc.). - Respond to escalations from internal users and provide troubleshooting support. ■ Requirements - Experience designing, building, and operating Windows Server (2016/2019/2022). - Experience operating and managing Active Directory/Entra ID (OU, GPO, replication). - Practical experience operating virtualization using Microsoft Hyper-V. - Experience building and operating Microsoft failover cluster configurations. - Experience deploying, managing, and patching Windows devices using Intune or MECM. - Experience managing security with BitLocker and Defender for Endpoint. - Experience designing and operating DNS, DHCP, DFS, RADIUS, and file servers. - Experience using Azure cloud services. - Experience operating and managing Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. - Experience using backup solutions such as Veeam, Dell PowerProtect, and Networker. - Experience developing and operating business automation scripts using PowerShell. ■ Language Requirements - Foreign Nationals: Japanese proficiency at N3 or above (Interviews conducted in Japanese). - Japanese Nationals: Native Japanese and English proficiency (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent business experience).
