You will be responsible for consulting sales in a new business segment, focusing on selling Japanese real estate to wealthy international clients. The role involves leveraging English proficiency to manage online sales negotiations and provide comprehensive property proposal support. - Response-based sales to new and existing leads (with lead generation by the marketing team)

■ Salary Details
- Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000–¥6,000,000 + Incentives
- Annual salary divided by 14 months (12 months + 2 months' bonus)
- Includes fixed overtime (45 hours: ¥74,835–¥112,155). Overtime is paid separately.
- Performance reviews twice a year.
