AI Engineer In-house Service

■ Recruitment Background This position seeks an AI engineer who can engage in a wide range of AI development tasks, aiming to improve product value by leveraging AI technology. Specifically, you will be responsible for enhancing services using LLM (Large-Scale Language Models) and machine learning, developing data utilization infrastructure, and promoting AI integration into products. ■ Specific Job Responsibilities 1) General AI Development ・Designing and developing AI models utilizing natural language processing (NLP), such as automatic generation of scout messages and matching models ・Developing recommendation systems and predictive models aimed at improving user experience ・Analysis and model construction utilizing large-scale data 2) AI Integration into Products ・Integrating AI functions into frontend and backend in collaboration with the product team ・Performance monitoring and improvement of AI models in actual operation 3) AI Infrastructure Construction and Operation ・Deployment, operation, and monitoring of AI models in a cloud environment ・Introduction of MLOps and optimization of operational flows 4) Technology Research and Innovation ・Research and introduction of the latest AI/machine learning technologies and tools - Sharing knowledge and demonstrating technical leadership within the company [Required Skills] * Experience developing AI/machine learning models in Python * Practical experience with natural language processing (NLP) technology * Experience building deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch * Experience with projects utilizing LLM (Learning Resource Management) * Experience with data analysis and data pipeline construction (SQL, ETL tools, etc.) * Experience deploying AI models in cloud environments * Experience developing web applications [Preferred Skills] * Experience designing recommendation systems and matching algorithms * Practical experience with data labeling and feature engineering * Experience with MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines * Deep knowledge of mathematics (statistics, linear algebra, probability theory) * Knowledge and experience with Scrum development * Experience in recruitment-related services or the human resources industry
