Job Details

■ Job Description We are focusing on the development of AI products, including AI chatbots for websites and an AI-powered CMS. We envision developing management tools that evolve into an AI platform to solve complex business challenges. ■ Specifically - Leading all aspects of development, including product design, technology selection, and quality control - Fine-tuning and accuracy improvement of AI models - API integration of existing systems and AI - Building data pipelines necessary for model operation (MLOps) ■ Working Hours - Hybrid Work: 10:00-19:00 - Flexible options available: 8:00-17:00, 8:30-17:30, 9:00-18:00, 9:30-18:30, or 10:00-19:00 ■ Job Requirements [Required] - 2+ years of experience in AI development using Python (PyTorch or TensorFlow) - Experience in PoC and development of AI products including API integration - Web application development experience (FastAPI, Flask, Node.js) - Proficiency in Git, Docker, and Linux - Experience building REST APIs and using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA) - Experience with embedding and vector databases - Experience in designing, implementing, and operating machine learning models [Preferred] - Experience with image generation models and NLP - Background in an AI business startup environment - Infrastructure design and construction experience - Ability to read technical documentation in English - Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT N2 or higher)
