Job Description
As a member of our property management division, you will contribute to increasing the value of pre-owned income-generating properties and maximizing the profits of our owners. Specifically, you will work with rental agencies to find tenants for renovated income-generating properties, aiming to improve occupancy rates. In addition to building trust with owners, you will aim to secure stable profits by building long-term relationships through visits to rental agencies for assigned properties and providing information.
Responsibilities:
- Visiting real estate companies for sales purposes
- Providing property information (vacancy information, etc.)
- Proposing rental conditions to owners
- Supporting tenant recruitment and contract procedures
- Recording and managing customer information and sales activities
- Contributing to sales strategies based on market research and analysis
Working Hours:
- Tuesday 9:00-18:00, Wednesday 10:00-19:00, Monday, Thursday, Friday 9:30-18:30
- Scheduled working hours: 8 hours, Break: 60 minutes
- Equivalent hours for fixed overtime pay: 42 hours/month
Job Requirements:

- Work experience in Japan
- Customer communication skills
- Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2)

- Licensed Real Estate Broker
- Sales experience in the real estate industry (rental or sales)
- Experience working at a property management company
- Experience negotiating with property owners
- Knowledge of income-generating properties
Salary:
- Annual Salary: ¥4,200,000 and up
- Monthly Salary: ¥300,000 - ¥360,000
- Bonus (twice a year)
- Monthly Salary includes Basic Salary and Fixed Overtime Pay (42 hours)
- Higher starting salary for those holding a real estate license
