New Business Planning Manager

Job Description Our main mission is to "create new businesses and products from scratch that solve the problems faced by farmers overseas." We don't limit ourselves to our own company's products; we flexibly combine products from other companies to find the best solution for our customers. We not only generate ideas, but also lead the way to ensure their success as businesses. • Increasing products for overseas markets: We research overseas countries, analyze "what needs exist" and "what rival companies are doing," and plan new products and services. • Launching new businesses: We generate new business ideas from the perspective of overseas customers and bring them to fruition. • Building collaborative relationships with overseas companies: We combine the "strengths" of our company and overseas partner companies to significantly grow our business globally. *This role involves daily use of English for meetings with overseas staff and creating documents. The department's mission is to significantly increase "overseas sales" of agriculture-related businesses by 2030. You can take on the significant challenge of shaping the company's future agricultural business with your own ideas. You'll also have opportunities for overseas business trips. Working Hours • Flextime System (Full Flex) • Break Time: 45 minutes • Overtime: Approximately 20-30 hours per month Job Requirements • JLPTN1 certification • Business-level English (TOEIC 735-860) • Experience in overseas business or related fields • Industry experience in agriculture-related fields, machinery and equipment, agritech, etc. Compensation & Benefits • Salary Increase: Once a year • Bonus: Twice a year • Commuting Allowance: Actual expenses paid • Family Allowance: 11,800 yen for the first child • Housing Support: Single dormitory or leased company housing options • Social Insurance: Comprehensive social insurance • Training: Functional training, internationalization training, and study dispatch programs • Holidays: Complete two-day weekend (Sat/Sun/Nat), 128 annual holidays, year-end, summer, and special leave
