SRE Infrastructure Engineer
Job Summary
This position involves developing technical infrastructure, improving non-functional requirements, and enhancing developer experience across multiple SaaS products. The role focuses on cloud infrastructure design, Kubernetes-based platform operations, and implementing SRE practices like SLI/SLO. You will work in a high-growth environment to ensure service reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Job Details
■Infrastructure Design, Construction, and Operation
Design, construction, operation, and maintenance of system infrastructure using the cloud (primarily GCP/AWS). Platform construction and operation using Kubernetes (GKE/EKS, etc.). Monitoring infrastructure design and operation (e.g., Datadog/CloudWatch/Cloud Monitoring, etc.). Architecture design to ensure high availability and scalability of services.
■Continuous Improvement as an SRE
SLI/SLO design and continuous operation of service reliability. Proposal and implementation of performance and scalability improvements. Systematization of fault response and improvement of incident response. Promotion of measures to achieve both strong security and usability.
■Operational Efficiency and Developer Experience Improvement
Operation Automation (Infrastructure as Code, Operational Batch, Various Tool Development). CI/CD Improvement, Optimization of Delivery Speed and Quality. Promotion of Infrastructure Improvement and Technology Selection for Developer Experience (DX) Improvement.
■Cross-Product Infrastructure Building
Design and operation of a common platform for multiple services. Cost optimization and operational standardization in multi-cloud and multi-product configurations. Cross-organizational project leadership and team support.
■Product-specific technology
Operation of large-scale data processing infrastructure, such as document data and business card data. Functional improvement of data conversion systems (OCR/checking system/automation infrastructure). Cross-sectional system development, such as event platforms and authentication infrastructure. Load management and re-architecture for high-traffic services.
■Required Qualifications
Approximately 3 years or more of work experience in: Web application development and operation, server/network infrastructure management, or public cloud infrastructure design (AWS/GCP/Azure). Knowledge and operation experience of container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes), basic networking (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS), and infrastructure as code (Terraform/Ansible). Practical experience in troubleshooting and OSS middleware (RDBMS/NoSQL).
