Bilingual Product Manager

### Job Description [Job Summary] This position involves product management for our in-house services, including the development of features for both companies and individuals in our matching service, as well as the development of the administration panel. You will primarily collaborate with senior PdMs, engineers, and designers at our US base to develop and execute product strategies. [Job Details] * Requirements definition, specification development, and prioritization * Product strategy and roadmap development and progress management * Customer insight gathering and hypothesis testing (interviews, quantitative analysis, etc.) * Competitor research and consideration of product differentiation strategies * Development discussions and progress management with engineers and designers * Building feedback loops through collaboration with customer success and sales departments * Analysis of product usage after release and implementation of improvement measures * Proposing and implementing AI utilization strategies based on requests from the business representative [Stakeholders Involved] Business Representative (Business Side), CTO, Senior PdM, Engineers, Designers [Expected Role for this Position] While contributing to the development of medium- to long-term product roadmaps, you will be expected to define requirements, develop specifications, and manage development projects for the growth of new and existing services. ### Job Requirements ■Required Qualifications * Product Management (PdM) experience (3+ years) * Business-level English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) * Business-level Japanese proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) ■Preferred Qualifications * Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical challenges and trade-offs * Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile development process * Ability to make decisions that prioritize business strategy and financial planning * Excellent data-driven logical decision-making ability * Experience in reaching consensus while collaborating with diverse members, including management, engineers, and business-side personnel ■We'd like to welcome people who: * Resonate with the mission, values, and products * Enjoy identifying problems and creating realistic paths to solutions * Can engage people with different positions and roles and communicate smoothly ### Working Conditions * Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (8 hours/day) * Contract: Full-time employment (3-month trial period) * Benefits: Comprehensive social insurance, wellness subsidies, book purchase support, influenza vaccinations, health checkup subsidies, company-leased housing system, and relocation support.
