Project Leader/Manager

■ Job Description You will be responsible for the following tasks for clients nationwide, including manufacturing companies, energy (electricity, gas, oil) and water utilities, construction and real estate companies, medical and healthcare companies, and railway companies. ① Project Leader - Assisting Project Management - Assisting the Project Manager - Managing project teams of up to 10 people - Proposing solutions and gathering feedback from clients - Managing and promoting the entire project ② QA Engineer - Managing test executors - Test design and execution - Understanding basic and detailed design documents written in English and Japanese - Creating test designs based on specifications - Reviewing test design documents ■ Working Hours 9:00 AM - 6:15 PM (Break: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 3:15 PM / 8 hours of actual work) *For those under the discretionary work system for professional work, the assumed daily working hours are 8 hours. Overtime work may be required (average of approximately 7.5 hours per month). ■ Job Requirements 【Required Qualifications】 Meet one of the following criteria: - Experience in application development, web-based development, or open-source development - Experience in control/home robotics or embedded development 【Preferred Qualifications】 - Experience in development using C or C++ - Cloud environment design and construction (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) - 3+ years of project leader experience in software development projects at an SIer - Experience managing a team of approximately 5 people - Experience in test automation environment construction and automation script creation - Experience participating in IoT projects 【Desired Candidate Profile】 - Ability to make decisions and respond quickly - Ability to confront challenges and always strive for improvement - Ability to expand one's own role by involving others without being constrained by the status quo - Ability to make logical proposals and explanations based on facts - English Level: Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730) - Japanese Level: Daily Conversation Level ■ Salary Description Monthly salary: ¥333,334 - ¥495,834 Estimated annual income: ¥4,000,000 - ¥5,950,000 1. Basic salary: ¥191,534 - ¥311,834 2. Fixed overtime allowance ¥86,800 - ¥129,000 3.
