### Main Responsibilities
You will lead the overall design, construction, and operation of integrated risk management at Money Forward Kessai. As a risk management function needs to be established, you will not only operate the existing framework but also be responsible for developing risk assessment criteria tailored to the characteristics of the business.
### Specific Responsibilities
* **Design, Construction, and Operation of Integrated Risk Management:** Planning, development, implementation, and establishment of risk management policies, systems, and measures for Money Forward Kessai as a whole.
* **Credit Risk Management:** Portfolio management, development of a management system for the entire credit limit, analysis of business concentration risks, and development of countermeasures.
* **New Business Risk Assessment:** Maximizing the probability of success through strategic risk assessment in new product launches, identifying individual risks, and proposing countermeasures.
* **Risk Management Committee Operation:** Preparation of reports to management regarding risk management and operation of meetings.
* **Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Crisis Management System Development:** Development of plans for business continuity in unforeseen circumstances, and improvement and implementation of the crisis management system.
* **Promoting a risk management culture:** Planning and implementing training and workshops to improve risk awareness among officers and employees.
### Working Conditions
* **Working Hours:** Flexible working hours; 8-hour standard; 60-minute break. Flexible window: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Core time: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM).
* **Overtime:** Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime pay per month.
* **Work Style:** Hybrid work (2+ days in-office per week).
* **Contract:** Full-time employee with a 3-month trial period.
