### Job Description
- This position is for an SRE (Site Research Engineer) for a completely new development project targeting next-generation pharmacies.
- Building a cloud-native infrastructure from the ground up as a next-generation pharmacy business.
- Responsibilities include selecting initial architecture, codifying AWS resources using IaC (Infrastructure as Code), designing CI/CD pipelines, and enhancing development and operations using AI (LLM).
- Driving high security standards and robustness in a mission-critical field.
### Challenges
- Building a foundation from scratch: Ensuring scalability, observability, and security-by-design governance.
- Maximizing resilience: Minimizing blast radius and preventing cascading failures.
- Pursuing automation with AI/LLM: Automating log analysis, alert responses, IaC generation, and routine task resolution.
### Required Skills
- Deep understanding of Linux/Unix-based operating systems and 3+ years of operational experience
- Basic knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering
- Practical experience in infrastructure code management using IaC (Terraform, AWS CDK, etc.)
- Experience designing efficient and secure CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, etc.
- Experience in development and operation using container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
### Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of standard network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS)
- Experience launching new products or large-scale architecture overhauls
- Experience building modern infrastructure using AWS (ECS/Fargate, Aurora, Lambda, etc.)
- Experience with large-scale event handling (message queues) and RDBs with millions of records
- Experience in AWS cost management and optimization
- Practical experience using AI/LLM for operational efficiency (Copilot, operational bots)
- Experience with SLI/SLO and error budget management
- Disaster recovery strategy planning (multi-AZ/multi-region)
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, or Go
- Experience with shift-left security implementation

- English: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
- Japanese: Business Level (JLPT N2 or equivalent)
