AI Engineer

### Job Description You will be responsible for the following tasks in the hyper-automation domain: * Supporting the formulation of AI utilization policies for client companies * Developing DX promotion plans utilizing generative AI technology * Architectural design for the development of proprietary services utilizing Azure OpenAI Service * Developing AI integration functions between internal systems and AI using the ChatGPT API * Developing AI service functions using TypeScript/Python, etc. * Designing and proposing system architectures that utilize AI while ensuring security in a closed environment * Providing knowledge to client companies in line with the latest AI technology trends * Developing proprietary AI services within our company ### Benefits * 125 days of annual leave * Complete two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday) * National holidays, Year-end/New Year holidays, Summer holidays * Annual paid leave, Maternity leave, Childcare leave, Family care leave * Full reimbursement of commuting expenses * Health checkup cost subsidy * Casual dress code * Comprehensive social insurance and membership in the Japan Health Insurance Association * Qualification allowance (exam fee reimbursement and lump-sum payment) ### Job Requirements * N1 Certification (JLPT Level 1 or N1) * Experience in machine learning study or statistics study (Statistical Examination/G-Test holders welcome) * At least 2 years of practical experience in IT system design, development, or testing * Understanding of various LLM-related technical terms * At least 2 years of practical experience in development using Python or C++ ### Preferred Experience/Skills * Deep knowledge and experience in generative AI technology * Experience in system architecture design * Experience using Azure services, including Azure OpenAI Service * Knowledge of AI model tuning/data cleansing * Experience in system design with security in mind * Experience in team leadership and project management * Experience using GCP services, including Vertex AI
