Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the growth of our memory platform, focusing specifically on optimizing the English learning experience. You will collaborate with engineers and designers to build features based on second language acquisition theory and user data. The goal is to evolve our product to make memory activities more efficient, enjoyable, and accessible for all users.
Responsibilities
- Formulate product roadmaps for English learning

- 3+ years Product Management experience
- Proficiency in Japanese (N2) and English

### Position Overview
Lead the value enhancement of our memory platform, specifically focusing on the English learning segment. You will design UX optimized for language acquisition and generalize successful learning patterns to improve overall memory algorithms.
### Job Responsibilities
* Formulate product strategies and medium- to long-term roadmaps for English learning.
* Collaborate with other Product Managers to define the future vision of the memory platform.
* Conduct UX research and analyze learning logs to identify user challenges.
* Lead development processes from prototyping to launch and effectiveness measurement.
* Manage external communication and documentation regarding new features.
### Requirements
* 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager for IT products (Web/Apps).
* Proven ability to solve problems based on data and user feedback.
* Strong skills in translating complex information into specifications for technical teams.
* Passion for Education Technology and Language Learning.
* Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 level required).
### Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of English education theory, second language acquisition, or learning science.
* Experience in B2B2C product development.
* Proficient in quantitative data analysis using SQL.
