Job Description This comprehensive chemical manufacturer is seeking a new expatriate to India. After being hired, you will be assigned to the head office and undergo training before being stationed in India. Responsibilities: - Promoting the company's business strategy in the Indian market through an expatriate assignment utilizing EOR (Enhanced Operations Research). - Negotiation and coordination with Indian customers and government agencies. - Building collaborative relationships with business partners. - Supporting the launch of new businesses. - Other general tasks related to promoting local business. Work Conditions: - Expected Expatriate Assignment: Starting in October 2026 or later, duration approximately 3 years. - Work Style: Approximately 10 hours of overtime per month; telecommuting is possible. - Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:45. Job Requirements: Required Qualifications: - Technical background in the chemical industry (manufacturing, engineering, quality control, R&D, etc.). - Ability to stay abroad for 3 years or more. - Ability to adapt to overseas assignments and working in a different cultural environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's or PhD (functional materials or biochemicals). - Experience working for a manufacturer. - Experience working in India or an emerging country. - Specialized knowledge and experience in a technical field. - Management experience (regardless of project or department). Language Requirements: - English: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860). - Japanese: Native Level.
