Job Summary
ZenGroup is seeking a PPC-focused Digital Marketer to scale performance marketing campaigns for English-speaking markets. The role involves managing advertising platforms, optimizing influencer collaborations, and conducting data-driven analysis to drive growth. The ideal candidate will take ownership of campaigns and work collaboratively within an international team environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage PPC campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Lead influencer marketing strategies
- Perform SEO optimization and Email marketing
- Analyze data using Google Analytics and Looker Studio
Required Skills
- 2+ years of PPC marketing experience
- Data analysis and KPI management
- Native English proficiency
- Strong project management skills
Job Details
Main Duties:
- PPC Management: Primary focus on Google Ads; secondary platforms include Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, X Ads, and Reddit Ads.
- Influencer marketing (Sponsorship, Collaboration, Integration, etc.)
- SEO Optimizations
- Email Marketing
- Data Analysis (Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.)
Working Hours:
- Standard working hours: 9:15 AM – 6:15 PM (8 working hours / 1 hour break)
- Flextime available: Start work anytime between 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM, with up to 2 hours of break time per day.

Salary & Benefits:
- 280,000-300,000 yen~Monthly (Based on previous experience and ability)
- Bonus: Twice a year (June and December)
- Salary evaluation: Once a year
- 3 Month probationary period (salary same as above)
- Estimated salary in year 1: 3.8~4.2M JPY/Yearly
