Job Description ・Requirements definition, design, and construction for system development and environment setup ・Service operation, maintenance, and monitoring ・Development and maintenance of operation tools ・Technical support for development, service operation departments, and partner companies ・Coordination with relevant parties and external negotiations ・Project management ・Various management tasks related to business operations ・Other general tasks related to service operation Environment ・Server environment: Cloud environment (AWS, etc.) ・Server OS: Microsoft Windows, Linux, etc. ・Web server: Microsoft IIS, nginx, etc. ・RDBMS: Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, AWS RDS/Aurora, etc. ・KVS: AWS ElastiCache, etc. ・Monitoring tools: ZABBIX, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, etc. ・Others: Ansible, Terraform, etc. Mission ・Stable operation of our own services ・Implementation of business efficiency and standardization Job Requirements [Required] * 3+ years of experience building/operating servers including Linux-based systems and shell scripts, or Windows and PowerShell. * Experience troubleshooting service failures. * Interest in games. [Preferred] * Experience using AWS (EC2, RDS, ElastiCache, S3, Elasticsearch, EKS, Athena). * Programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.). * Experience building infrastructure environments based on Infrastructure as Code (terraform, ansible, etc.). [Desired Candidate Profile] * Ability to communicate smoothly in order to work closely with related departments, partner companies, and team members. * Highly motivated and proactive in taking on tasks. * Ability to identify problems and propose solutions independently. * Enthusiastic and eager to take on challenges to provide better services.
